Description:
The focus of the Hospice Program is to help each child live as fully as possible even when death is expected. Holistic care is available for the dying child and their family through an interdisciplinary team which provides a broad array of services within the home setting and in the hospital.
Support is also available for the broader community including extended family and the school community as needed.
Children’s hospice program is the only licensed pediatric hospice in the state of Minnesota and is also a JCAHO-certified hospice provider.
